Our project managers and contractors will be involved at every step of the design & build process to produce your stunning property.
DESIGN
We have worked with a large number of architects all over Europe. We are therefore confident we can recommend and work with some of the best Architects available. Language is not a barrier, as we are able to speak English, French and Spanish.
PROJECT PLANING
All projects are de-risked as thoroughly as possible, with the inclusion of ground surveys, soil reports and structural surveys on existing properties for extensions or renovations. Gaius Terra will scribe a full scope of works for each project and will pass this by the client before work begins to ensure everyone is happy with proceedings.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
All our projects are built to contract and have a full time project manager looking after them with a local site office and constant communication with the client. We recommend weekly meetings and updates on site and in our office, with constant referrals to key milestones. Nothing is left to chance and all eventualities are discussed and risks negated. We have always run our projects like this and always will.
BUILD
Whether it be a full build or part renovation, we use our own staff and subcontractors that care about the finished article and who have an eye for detail and pride in their work. All staff adhere to our high standards of finish and produce fantastic looking work. This is why Gaius Terra have the reputation we do.
AFTER CARE
We understand the importance of warranties and guarantees, and will make sure that all items we supply and install are detailed in the Handover Pack on the day of commissioning / handover. All projects are built with the required insurances which are detailed in our contract and advise is read thoroughly before signing. We are well aware of our duty of care and would never leave a client unsatisfied.
